Fishing
Table Rock Lake is one of Missouri's premier fishing destinations and can be accessed via the paved boat ramps near the park entrance. Anglers can expect to catch a variety of fish including bass, crappie and other warm-water species. Fishing is allowed 24 hours a day with the exception of in the day-use area, which is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Table Rock State Park allows you to launch your boat onto the lake. There are no fees, and all of the surfaces are concrete or asphalt. There is a boat ramp located near the open picnic shelter and park office. There are Missouri State Water Patrol regulations that watercraft riders and boaters must follow.
Scuba Diving
The clarity of the water makes Table
Rock Lake a popular place for scuba
diving. Diving equipment can be rented
or purchased at the marina and beginning
and advanced scuba courses are offered.
Interpretive Programs
Regularly scheduled evening programs are
held at the amphitheater Memorial Day
through Labor Day. A seasonal naturalist
provides programs concerning plants,
animals, eco-systems and nature hikes.
Check the park bulletin boards or
contact the park naturalist for detailed
information at 417-334-4704. Also
contact a park naturalist to arrange
special group programs or to use any of
the natural resource sites. Group
programs should be scheduled at least
three weeks in advance, although shorter
notice may be possible depending on
staffing and other scheduled programs.
There is an open picnic shelter, perfect for family reunions and get-togethers, which can be reserved for $50 by contacting the park office at 417-334-4704. It is located across from the park office and can occupy up to 100 persons.
Picnic areas include tables, outdoor grills as well as restroom facilities and new playground equipment located nearby. Some facilities are offered on a seasonal basis only. There is no charge and individual picnic sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Water enthusiasts can enjoy the clear waters of the Table Rock Lake for swimming and other water activities. There is no designated swimming beach; however, several shoreline areas offer ample swimming opportunities. Swimming is not allowed near the marina or boat launch areas. Restroom facilities are available near the picnic area.
